42,000 deaths in 2017 from opiate overdose. #interventionsaveslives #addictionservices @canaminterventions

I was listening to the news tonight and to hear that 42,000 people died in 2017 from opiate overdose. As a recovering person from opiate Addiction for over 26 years and 25 years working in the professional field. Patricia Pike CEO of CanAm Interventions feels devastated to hear of the loss of lives. Patricia has helps thousands of families from all walks of life, all over United States and Canada helping save addicts and alcoholics gain treatment and find recovery from the disease of Addiction.

It is vitally important for families to do all they can do, to save thier loved ones lives from the disease of Addiction.

The old lie that to letting the addicts bottom out is not the best approach for untreated addictions, many addicts have died because there was no professionals involved in helping loved ones gain treated.

Families trying to treat Addiction on thier own will run into negative outcomes. It is best to hires a addiction specialist and /or interventionist to support families or friends to facilitate professional interventions.
